Subgroup actions on homogeneous spaces of Lie groups exhibit rich structures. The investigation of such actions from the dynamical viewpoint, also known as homogeneous dynamics, has been a central topic in dynamical systems and is closely related to number theory. In this talk, we will discuss problems and results concerning bounded orbits of such actions and their relations with Diophantine approximation.
