In this talk, we will discuss the isoperimetric mass and isoperimetric surfaces on asymptotically flat 3-manifolds. We will show that for asymptotically flat Riemannian 3-manifolds with non-negative scalar curvature and positive ADM mass, each leaf of the canonical foliation is uniquely isoperimetric for the volume it encloses.
