In this talk, I will talk about the geometry and topology of manifolds with positive curvature. I will start with quite basic fact in Riemannian geometry, then focus on the Sphere theorem proved by other people in the past thirty years. At last, my work on manifolds with positive isotropic curvature will be mentioned.
